Must know

Luggage is not allowed on board

Strollers are allowed, but must be folded and stored in the salon during the cruise. Kids can't be in strollers prior to boarding

Kids under 5 can join for free, please select a free ticket for them.

Good to know

No food is sold on board, so you are welcome to bring snacks with you to enjoy during the cruise

Water bowls and a special newspaper-lined restroom are available on board

How to use

Present your smartphone ticket at the dock

There is a bag check in place prior to boarding

Departure is at the southeast corner of the Michigan Avenue Bridge. Look out for the black awning at the top of the stairway and make your way to the box office which is at the riverwalk level

The cruise departs at 10:00. Make sure to check in 30 minutes before, as check-in starts no later than 15 minutes before departure!
