How to use

Arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time

Show your smartphone ticket and a valid photo ID to the staff at the ticket booth located at 202 Williams Street

Exchange your digitial ticket for a boarding pass at check-in

Boarding begins 10-15 minutes prior to departure time

Guests will be given their assigned seating details at check-in

The boat leaves promptly at the scheduled departure time and will not wait for late arrivals
