Important visitor information
Must know
Only one small piece of hand luggage is allowed per person and must fit under the seat. Baggage exceeding max size 81 x 56 x 36 cm (HLW) will not be permitted on the bus
Food, pets, surfboard, durians, littering, smoking, or weapons are not allowed on the bus
Before purchase
Children aged 0-2: free; no ticket needed. They will not get separate seats
Children who require their own seat must have a ticket
Good to know
If your luggage requires an additional seat inside the bus, you will be charged IDR 20,000 per piece of luggage. Payment must be made in cash in Indonesian rupiah to the driver or ticket staff
Traffic delays may occur in Bali due to bad weather, road closures, or religious ceremonies
A single-trip ticket can be used by one person at a time only, and you cannot use a higher value ticket on a lower value route (or vice versa)
Kura-Kura is not liable for any losses caused by delays in service. It is recommended to try and make allowance for possible delays when planning your trip
Kura-Kura Bus operates five daily lines connecting Bali's key destinations
All lines depart from Tuban and serve pickup and drop-off in Kuta, Sanur, Ubud, and on Line 1A, Kintamani
How to use
Scan the QR code on your mobile voucher to board the bus
Lines 1B, 2, 3, and 4 also serve Ngurah Rai International Airport on the return journey
Arrive at your designated pickup point at least 15 minutes before scheduled departure
Check-in closes 10 minutes before departure
The bus will not wait for late arrivals
