No prams, outside food & drinks, scooters, bikes, skateboards, trolleys, weapons, liquid containers, and no smoking

Not suitable for wheelchair users and people with current impaired mobility

For safety reasons, larger items of luggage such as suitcases, bags and shopping bags may not be taken onto the tower. The maximum size for backpacks is 45x35x20 cm WxHxL

How to use

Skip the line and hold the code imprinted at the bottom of this ticket in front of the scanner to pass through the turnstile

Due to increased security measures, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booking. Delays may occur due to the security checks in front of and inside the Tower

The timeslot you booked is for the restaurant. You can go up to the observation deck afterwards and stay there for as long as you want

The TV Tower is located at the opposite of the Alexanderplatz S-Bahn (rail) station

Go directly to security control on the first floor of the TV Tower with your ticket

This ticket is required to exit the TV Tower
