For a correction, include the Eventuza page URL, the exact item at issue and a reliable source where possible. Do not send payment-card data, passwords, ticket barcodes or Tiqets order details to Eventuza.
Help with a Tiqets booking
If you completed a purchase on Tiqets, use your Tiqets confirmation email or the official Tiqets Help Center. Eventuza cannot access, change, cancel or refund a Tiqets order.
