If you completed a purchase after leaving Eventuza, Tiqets handled the transaction. Your confirmation, tickets and official order-support options come from Tiqets.
Find your Tiqets confirmation
Check the email address used at Tiqets checkout for the booking confirmation, ticket instructions and any booking-specific support options. Browsing Eventuza or following a link does not create a reservation.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
The policy shown on Tiqets for the ticket you purchased determines whether a change, cancellation or refund is available. Use the instructions in your confirmation or contact Tiqets through its official Help Center. Eventuza cannot make these changes.
Keep booking information with Tiqets
Eventuza does not collect your payment-card or traveler details, store a Tiqets order account or receive the tools needed to manage your booking. Do not send Eventuza card data, passwords, ticket barcodes or order details. Tiqets is the source of truth for the booking and its current status.
